1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "phpjoy", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the phpjoy platform, its operators, and all associated services provided through the domain phpjoy.cam and related mobile applications.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses phpjoy services in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration with phpjoy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account with phpjoy, accessing our Platform, or using any of our Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and all other policies incorporated by reference herein.

Your continued use of phpjoy Services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as they may be amended from time to time. phpjoy reserves the right to modify, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to Players. Material changes will be communicated through prominent notification on the Platform, and your continued use of phpjoy Services following such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions or any subsequent modifications thereof, you must immediately cease all use of phpjoy Services and may request account closure by contacting our customer support team.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Legal Capacity Requirements

phpjoy Services are available exclusively to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. phpjoy strictly prohibits minors from creating accounts or participating in any gaming activities on our Platform.
• You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines and any other jurisdiction to which you are subject.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is legal. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations governing online gaming activities.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law or have been previously excluded or banned from phpjoy or any affiliated gaming platforms.

3.2 Account Registration Process

To access phpjoy Services, you must complete our account registration process, which requires you to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Create unique login credentials consisting of a username and secure password that you will use to access your Account.
• Verify your identity by providing valid government-issued identification documents when requested by phpjoy for account verification purposes.
• Confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions and all incorporated policies.

3.3 Account Restrictions

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with phpjoy. The creation of multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or the use of another person's account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. phpjoy reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated wagers, confiscate winnings, and forfeit account balances in cases where multiple accounts are detected.

You may not transfer, sell, or assign your phpjoy Account to any other person or entity. Your Account is personal to you and may not be shared with or used by any third party under any circumstances.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

4.1 Credential Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phpjoy login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. phpjoy will never request your password via email, telephone, or any communication channel outside of the secure login interface on our Platform.

You agree to immediately notify phpjoy of any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach of which you become aware. phpjoy shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality or to report unauthorized account access promptly.

4.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your phpjoy Account, whether authorized by you or not, until such time as you notify phpjoy of unauthorized access. All deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and other transactions processed through your Account will be deemed to have been made by you and are binding upon you.

4.3 Information Accuracy Obligation

You warrant that all information provided during account registration and throughout your use of phpjoy Services is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information to reflect any changes to your personal details, contact information, or payment methods. phpjoy reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the accuracy of your information at any time.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Funding Your Account

phpjoy accepts deposits through various payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other payment channels made available on the Platform from time to time. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. phpjoy reserves the right to modify these limits at any time. Deposits are typically credited to your Account immediately upon successful processing, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

5.2 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request withdrawal of available funds from your phpjoy Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to payment accounts registered in your own legal name. phpjoy will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• phpjoy reserves the right to request identity verification documents and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours, though processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are specified on the Platform. phpjoy reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if account verification is incomplete, if bonus wagering requirements have not been met, or if phpjoy suspects fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

phpjoy is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction or account that raises suspicion. You may be required to provide source of funds documentation, employment verification, or other information deemed necessary by phpjoy to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests will be processed, unless phpjoy determines in its sole discretion that processing the withdrawal without meeting this requirement is appropriate under the circumstances.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play Requirements

All Players must engage with phpjoy Services in good faith and in accordance with fair gaming principles. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms and Conditions:

• Use of automated gaming systems, bots, robots, or any software designed to manipulate gameplay or gaming outcomes.
• Exploitation of software errors, loopholes, or technical malfunctions to gain unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other Players or coordination of betting patterns to manipulate outcomes or bonuses.
• Fraudulent activity including but not limited to chargeback abuse, use of stolen payment credentials, or provision of false identity documents.
• Abusive behavior toward phpjoy staff or other Players, including threatening language, harassment, or discriminatory conduct.

6.2 Irregular Gaming Patterns

phpjoy employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular gaming patterns that may indicate abuse of Services or violation of these Terms and Conditions. If phpjoy identifies irregular gaming activity, we reserve the right to suspend your Account, void associated wagers, confiscate winnings, and pursue any other remedies available under these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

6.3 Game-Specific Rules

Each game offered on the phpjoy Platform is governed by specific rules that are accessible within the game interface. You agree to familiarize yourself with and abide by these game-specific rules. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

phpjoy may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus or promotion is offered. These specific terms and conditions are incorporated into and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses typically require wagering requirements to be met before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, maximum bet restrictions, and other conditions vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the applicable promotional terms.

phpjoy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. phpjoy reserves the right to exclude Players from promotional offers if abuse or violation of promotional terms is suspected.

Bonuses are granted at the sole discretion of phpjoy and may be subject to country restrictions, account verification requirements, or other eligibility criteria. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the phpjoy Platform are the exclusive property of phpjoy, its licensors, or third-party content providers. This includes but is not limited to the phpjoy name, logo, Platform design, game software, and all associated documentation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use phpjoy Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the phpjoy Platform except as expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions.

Any unauthorized use of phpjoy intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. phpjoy reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available for intellectual property infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While phpjoy strives to maintain continuous Service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. phpjoy shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical malfunctions, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

phpjoy Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phpjoy disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phpjoy, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use phpjoy Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content on the Platform;
• Technical malfunctions, software errors, or gaming outcome disputes.

In no event shall phpjoy's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount of funds deposited to your Account during the three (3) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Internal Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding phpjoy Services, you must first contact our customer support team in writing by email. Your complaint must include your full name, Account username, detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. phpjoy will investigate all complaints thoroughly and respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within fourteen (14) business days.

10.2 Gaming Outcome Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding gaming outcomes or technical malfunctions, phpjoy's internal game logs shall constitute the definitive record for determining the correct outcome. phpjoy maintains comprehensive records of all gaming activity and transactions, and these records shall be final and binding in any dispute resolution process.

10.3 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of phpjoy Services that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint procedure shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Philippines. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon all parties.

11. Amendments and Modifications

phpjoy reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated through prominent notification on the Platform or via email to your registered email address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms and Conditions were most recently revised.

Your continued use of phpjoy Services following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any modification, you must immediately cease use of phpjoy Services and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes. phpjoy is not obligated to provide individual notice of non-material changes to these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of phpjoy Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
